Privacy
Development Resolution uses a privacy-conscious public intake and a separate secure account platform for registered customers.
Public intake
The public assessment can store the project details you type in our CRM when the secure backend is enabled. File selection on the public page remains local to your browser: project files are not uploaded there, and only sanitized file names may be included in the WhatsApp summary you choose to send.
Customer accounts and portal
If you register, we process account identity, email verification status, stakeholder type, contact details and preferences, project memberships, portal messages, task activity and security/session information needed to operate the service. Acceptance of the Terms and acknowledgement of this Privacy Notice are recorded during onboarding.
Authentication and service providers
Account authentication is server-managed using secure HTTP-only cookies. Transactional authentication email may be delivered by a specialist email provider. If you choose a social sign-in provider, that provider processes the authentication request under its own terms. We do not place authentication or OAuth tokens in browser local storage.
Project records and documents
CRM and portal data is access-controlled according to the customer, project membership and internal staff role. Customer documents use private storage with authenticated authorization, short-lived server-issued upload permissions, security review/quarantine states and audited access. Project files are not intentionally exposed through permanent public document URLs.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the requested assessment, active project relationship, security, audit and legal/compliance purposes, subject to applicable requirements. Access can be revoked, sessions can be invalidated and material security events are auditable.
WhatsApp and external links
When you choose a WhatsApp handoff or an external official link, your use of that third-party service is subject to its own terms and privacy practices.
