Your personal link tracks new account signups automatically
After activating the referral program, you receive a unique link and code. When a new visitor opens that link and later creates a Development Resolution account within the attribution window, the account is associated with your referral dashboard automatically. You do not need to report the person again.
You can also add someone you already introduced
If you spoke with someone before sending your link, add the referral manually with basic contact and project information. A later signup can be matched by verified email or normalized phone where the attribution rules allow it. A manual referral never overrides another partner’s existing valid attribution.
Track progress without seeing the client’s confidential case
The private referral dashboard shows privacy-safe milestones such as account created, assessment started, engagement and reward states. Referrers cannot access the referred client’s documents, messages, identity information, banking information, internal notes or confidential case material.
How the reward works — AED 2,500 + 10% of qualifying DR fees
The fixed component may become eligible when a valid referred client enters a qualifying paid Development Resolution engagement. If Development Resolution later collects qualifying service fees from that client, the referrer receives 10% of those qualifying collected Development Resolution fees. Third-party pass-through costs are excluded.
Estimate potential rewards without confusing estimates with earnings
The partner dashboard includes an illustrative calculator. Enter an amount paid or invested and your own recovery assumption to see the estimated recovered amount, the corresponding illustrative Development Resolution success fee, the referral share and the potential fixed component. Partner estimates never create actual reward records and are not official Development Resolution outcome forecasts.
Estimated, eligible, approved and paid are separate states
Potential values are shown separately from actual reward components. Actual compensation is created only from qualifying referral events and Development Resolution fees actually collected, then passes through eligibility, verification, approval and payment or credit status.
Duplicate and fraud controls protect legitimate introductions
Self-referrals, existing customers, duplicate manual entries and competing attribution claims are detected rather than silently overwritten. Cases that cannot be resolved deterministically are flagged for staff review and remain auditable.
Professional introductions, not unlicensed real-estate brokerage
The program rewards introductions to Development Resolution services. It does not authorize an unlicensed person to broker, market or negotiate a property transaction. Identity, KYC, invoice, tax or payment details may be required only when relevant to an eligible payout or applicable compliance requirement.
