Initial assessment is free. If you choose to engage Development Resolution, the engagement fee is AED 5,000 per account. Where agreed in advance, a 10% resolution success fee may apply to qualifying monetary value actually realised and received by you through a project-resolution outcome.
Initial confidential assessment — free
Opening an account, identifying the project, providing the information you have and receiving an initial assessment of the situation carries no Development Resolution fee.
Start with Development Resolution — AED 5,000 per account
If you decide to proceed after the free initial assessment, the engagement fee is AED 5,000 per client account. This starts the assessment, project-intelligence and coordination workstream and is separate from any resolution success fee or approved external costs.
Resolution success fee — 10%
Where provided for in the engagement terms, Development Resolution charges a 10% success fee on qualifying monetary value actually realised and received by the client through an agreed project-resolution outcome. Development Resolution does not receive or hold client recovery funds, act as a debt-collection agency, provide legal representation or conduct real-estate brokerage. The qualifying outcome, calculation basis and payment timing are agreed with the client in writing before the applicable work begins.
Additional costs — only with approval first
Government fees, court fees, experts, engineers, valuers, translators, filing costs and other third-party expenses are additional where required and are incurred only with prior client approval. Legal representation and other regulated professional services are provided separately by appropriately licensed professionals.
Active Resolution Mission exception — Polaris Tower
Polaris Tower (Dubai project 457) is already an active Development Resolution mission. Legitimate Polaris Tower owners may join the existing collective resolution effort without Development Resolution service fees. This exemption does not mean unrelated government, court, expert, translation, legalisation or other third-party costs are paid by Development Resolution.
No surprise additions
Development Resolution will identify foreseeable additional costs as early as practical. Material additional service charges are not added without prior customer approval, and third-party costs are separated from Development Resolution service fees wherever practicable.
