Keep the complete executed SPA
Retain all signed pages, annexures, payment schedules, specifications and referenced attachments. A partial scan can omit clauses or schedules that become important later.
Keep amendments and settlement documents beside the original
A revised handover date, payment arrangement or settlement may sit in a separate signed document. Preserve the sequence rather than replacing the original agreement with the latest document.
The SPA is one evidence layer
Read the contract together with registration evidence, payments, authority records and later correspondence. The existence of a clause does not by itself determine how a dispute or project process will be resolved.
