List what is missing before trying to replace it
Identify whether the missing item is the executed SPA, an amendment, Oqood or registration evidence, payment proof, a receipt or developer correspondence. Different sources may hold different records.
Preserve secondary evidence without overstating it
Bank statements, emails, old scans and developer acknowledgements can help reconstruct a chronology, but label copies and indirect evidence accurately.
Request records from the most authoritative available source
Where appropriate, seek official or original records from the relevant authority, bank, developer, trustee or prior representative. Keep a record of the request and response.
