Land and project records may answer different questions
Title, development agreements, project registration, escrow, construction contracts and buyer agreements should be mapped separately before conclusions are drawn.
Identify dependencies between stakeholders
A route may require cooperation or approvals from several parties. Make those dependencies explicit instead of treating one stakeholder’s preference as a complete solution.
Use one controlled evidence map
Record who supplied each item, what it appears to show, its date and whether it has been independently verified.
