Start with legal and project control
Confirm the current project status, land and development rights, authority process and who is actually able to make project-level decisions.
Test the technical and financial base
Review remaining works, construction condition, consultant information, liabilities, owner claims, available funds and the credibility of cost-to-complete assumptions.
Map approvals and stakeholder dependencies
A commercially attractive idea is not yet a viable takeover. Identify the approvals, owner positions, funding commitments and specialist opinions that must align.
