Use the authority project record first
The DLD Project Status service may display a completion percentage and inspection details for a project. Search using the exact project name or number to reduce ambiguity.
Treat percentage as a dated reported figure
A percentage does not by itself describe quality, remaining cost, readiness for handover or the work required to complete the development. Record the date and source.
Look for direction of travel
Where inspection history is available, compare several dated entries rather than relying on a single number. A time series can show whether reported progress changed, stalled or resumed.
